Attorney Gordon Leech, teamed up with Attorney Robert McCoy of Cascino Vaughan Law Offices, Chicago, IL, successfully obtained a jury verdict award of $1.1 million for the wrongful death of Mr. Steven Lemberger. After a 2-week trial in July, 2008, the jury returned a verdict in our client's favor. After a flury of post-trial motions by all parties, the trial judge discerned the jury's intent and rejected the defendants' motions to deny any recovery on behalf of Mr. Lemberger. The court is expected to enter the final judgment in early November, 2008.
